CHABLIS MASTERCLASS

INCLUDING PREMIER CRU & GRAND CRU

A rare chance to focus on this famous region in northern Burgundy - and sample the amazing diversity of styles from just one grape : Chardonnay.

Focus on the climats in Chablis and what makes them so different - with a selection of wines from the best producers and vintages.

The tasting will include Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru & Chablis Grand Cru.

There will also be a couple of interesting wines to taste from Chablis' little known near neighbours in the Grand Auxerrois (Irancy & Tonnerre).

A selection of French artisan cheeses will be served alongside the wines.

Visuals will illustrate the region, vineyards and producers.
