North West Spain with Spanish Charcuterie Masterclass

North West Spain is currently one of the most exciting wine North West Spain wine tastingcorners of Europe. 

This tasting will be hosted by Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown.  It will focus on the wines of Galicia including Rias Baixas, Ribeira Sacra, Monterrei, Ribeiro, Valdoerras & Bierzo - with wines from the local white Godello, Treixadura and Albarino and the minerally nervy red Mencia - Asturias with its indigenous Carrasquin grape - and the Basque Country with its exclusive Txakoli. 

Visuals will illustrate these beautiful northern Spanish wine regions.

Platters of Iberico Bellota ham, lomo, salchichon, chorizo, olives, Spanish cheeses and breads will be served alongside the wines.

No prior knowledge required to enjoy this - just a love of Spanish wine & food.
